Complete your Wobo profile

Update your job preferences, personal details, documents, experience, and application answers in Profile.

Written by Martha Schwartz

Complete the three sections of your profile so Wobo can find relevant jobs and use accurate information in your applications.

Complete the main sections

  1. Open Profile from the left sidebar and select Job Preferences. Add your desired roles, locations, workplace options, experience level, employment types, and minimum salary.

  2. Select Save in the section header when you finish editing.

What you will see: The Unsaved changes note clears after you save. Incomplete job preferences are marked Required to start applying.

  1. Open About you to review your contact details, documents, skills, and experience.

  2. Open Application Questions to complete work authorization, screening answers, and any optional demographic details you want to share.

Forms such as Personal info and Job Preferences show a Save button when you make changes. List sections, including Skills & Languages, Documents, Work Experience, and Education, save as you add, edit, or remove items.

About you

Personal info contains your name, Application email, phone, country, city, state or region, postal code, address, and links to LinkedIn, GitHub, your portfolio, or your website. The application email is separate from your login email; your login email cannot be changed here.

Documents holds your resumes and cover letter. You can store up to 5 resumes. Uploading a resume makes it primary; use Make primary to choose another. Wobo uses the primary resume when submitting your uploaded document. Paid plans can tailor the resume when tailoring is enabled.

Add your skills under Skills & Languages. The experience sections are Work Experience, Education, Projects & Volunteer, and Certifications & Awards. Work experience includes your title, employer, location, dates, current employment status, and accomplishments.

Application Questions

Work Authorization records, by country, whether you can work there, whether you need sponsorship, and your status. Wobo uses these answers for eligibility and sponsorship questions.

Screening includes Eligibility & legal, Availability, and Saved answers. Eligibility includes work eligibility and your highest U.S. security clearance. Saved answers are reusable application answers you can review and adjust.

Equal Opportunity holds optional, private demographic details: gender, pronouns, date of birth, disability status, veteran status, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.

To check answers used in a submitted application, open Job History, select the job, and open Application.
