Choose whether to pause applications, stop future subscription charges, or ask for a refund.
Pause applications
Open Settings → General.
Turn off Actively applying.
What you will see: the header reads Applying is paused. Wobo stops sending new applications and continues finding matches.
Your subscription stays active and billing continues. Wobo does not offer a billing pause. Turn Actively applying back on when you want to resume applications.
Cancel a web subscription
Open Settings → Subscription.
Select Cancel plan.
Continue through the questions and any offer shown, then confirm the cancellation at the final step.
What you will see: the subscription status shows that your plan is cancelled. Starting the cancellation flow alone does not cancel your plan.
You keep paid access until the end of the billing period you paid for. After that, your account moves to Free, automatic applying stops, and no further subscription renewal is charged. Your profile, resumes and history remain available.
You can resubscribe from Settings → Subscription. To avoid the first charge on a free trial, complete cancellation before the trial ends.
Cancel an app-store subscription
Subscriptions purchased through an app store must be cancelled with that store:
iPhone: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then select your Wobo subscription.
Android: open Play Store → Payments & subscriptions, then manage your Wobo subscription.
Request a refund review
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund a charge already made. Wobo reviews refund requests case by case.
For an incorrect web charge, email [email protected] with your account email and the approximate date and amount. Examples include duplicate billing or a charge after you completed cancellation.
For an App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page. Apple handles those refunds.
