Set up your profile, choose how to apply, and follow your applications from matching to submission.

Get started

  1. Open Profile and complete Job Preferences with your target roles, locations, experience level, and minimum salary. Matching starts once your preferences are in place.

  2. Open About you to check your contact details, resume, work history, and education. Complete Application Questions so Wobo has your work authorization and screening answers.

  3. Choose how to apply. On Free and Unlimited, review jobs in Feed and select Apply with AI for each one you want. On Autopilot, Wobo selects jobs and applies for you, with an additional relevance review before submission.

What you will see: Jobs awaiting submission appear in Job History. Submitted applications appear under Applied.

  1. Open an applied job in Job History, then select Application to review the resume, cover letter, and answers that were sent.

  2. Optionally, open Persona to tell Wobo how you describe your work. Persona helps personalize application writing; it is not required for matching or applying.

Controls you can change later

In Settings → General, use Actively applying to pause or resume applications. Autopilot subscribers can select Swipe to apply under How Wobo applies to review each job themselves.

Paid plans include resume and cover-letter tailoring, controlled in Settings → General. The Free plan includes 5 application credits per day. The job card shows the credits needed before you apply.
