Browse and apply to jobs in your Feed

Review matched jobs, apply with AI, save jobs for later, or decline them from your Feed.

Written by Martha Schwartz

Use your Feed to review matched jobs and decide which ones Wobo should apply to for you.

Review a job

  1. Open Feed from the left sidebar. If your preferences are incomplete, select Set Preferences first.

  2. Review the job card and expand Match details to see how the role fits your profile.

  3. Choose Apply with AI, Save, or Decline.

What you will see: An accepted application request appears in Job History while Wobo works on it. Saved jobs are available under Saved for later review.

  1. Open Job History → Applied after submission to review what was sent.

Matches and credits

New matches become available as Wobo finds suitable jobs. The number you can browse depends on your preferences and current allowance. If you see You're all caught up!, read any accompanying allowance or availability message. Check again later or broaden your preferences if you would accept more options.

On Free, Apply with AI spends application credits. The job card shows the credits needed before you apply, and your balance tops back up to 5 daily.

Unlimited and Autopilot do not use these Free application credits. Follow any limit or availability message shown when you apply.

Check posting age and filters

A Posted label uses the posting date supplied by the employer's job board. A Listed label uses when Wobo first found the job, so it does not necessarily mean the employer posted it that day.

Use Settings → General → Job freshness → Job posted within to choose a 3, 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90-day window, or turn it off for any time. Excluded job titles on the same page lets you hide unwanted title words or phrases. These controls are available on every plan and affect your Feed and Autopilot right away. Jobs you already liked still go through.

Review before sending

When Review before applying is enabled in Settings → General, choosing Apply with AI starts preparation rather than approving the finished application. Open Job History → Review to check its answers and documents, fill missing details and approve it. Save & exit keeps the draft without sending it. The Review tab appears when there are review applications.

Add a job you found elsewhere

Open Job History → Add a job, paste the company's application-page link and select Add to queue. An Add a job option is also available on an empty Feed. This asks Wobo to apply; it does not merely save a bookmark. If Review before applying is enabled, check the prepared application before approving it.

For a job found on LinkedIn, Indeed or another job aggregator, open Apply there and copy the company's application-page address. Not every site or job can be accepted. Read the result and the links left today counter; adding a link is not confirmation of submission. A job already submitted is identified as already applied, and manually added jobs are marked Added by you.

Who uses the Feed

Free and Unlimited users review jobs in the Feed. Autopilot subscribers also use it when Swipe to apply is selected. With automatic applying enabled, Autopilot users follow progress in Job History instead.

To change modes on Autopilot, open Settings → General → How Wobo applies and choose Autopilot or Swipe to apply. Use Actively applying on the same page to pause or resume applications.
