Check the status of a pending application and the settings that can affect when Wobo submits it.
Check a pending job
Open Job History → Pending and select the job.
Review its status. Applying soon means the application is waiting for submission; it does not confirm that it has been sent.
What you will see: A successful submission moves to Applied. Open its Application tab to review the documents and answers sent.
If the job is no longer right for you, use Cancel while that action is available. You can also select multiple pending rows to cancel them together.
If the job has been waiting longer than expected, check the settings below and look for requests in Job History → Action needed.
What affects timing
Wobo works on applications throughout the day, including weekends. The time needed varies by job and your application settings. Check Job History for the latest status.
In Settings → General → Fine-tuning, check:
Apply delay: Off by default. When enabled on Autopilot, it holds automatic matches for the number of days you choose, up to 7. Jobs you approve yourself skip this delay.
Weekly cap: Applications pause when your configured cap is reached. They can resume in the next week, or you can raise or turn off the cap.
Min. match score: Lower-scoring jobs need your approval before Wobo applies.
Also check Actively applying in Settings → General. If it is off, turn it on when you are ready to resume. On Free, new application requests need enough daily credits; your balance tops back up to 5 each day.
Applications waiting for review
With Review before applying enabled in Settings → General, new applications wait in Job History → Review until you approve them. This includes Autopilot selections. Waiting for your review is different from waiting for submission.
Open Review or Complete on the application, check its documents and answers, and select Approve application or Approve & next. Save & exit saves without approving. Queued after approval still means waiting to be submitted; Sending means submission is in progress. Confirming submission means Wobo is checking the result, so avoid requesting a duplicate application. Only Applied confirms that it was submitted.
The Review tab appears only when review applications exist. Match approval for jobs below your minimum match score is a separate decision about whether you want the job.
Application order
Jobs may finish in a different order from the list in Pending. Check Applied to see which applications have been submitted.
If an application needs attention
A missing or rejected profile detail appears under Action needed. Correct the detail there to make the application eligible to retry. Retrying does not spend another application credit.
Some unsuccessful attempts are retried automatically, but a pending status is not a guarantee of submission. Check the job's current details instead of adding it again.
If a job remains pending for more than a day after you have checked the settings above, contact [email protected] from your account email and include the job you are concerned about.
