Fix application details in Action needed

Correct missing or rejected profile details and retry the applications waiting on them without spending more credits.

Correct the profile details requested in Action needed so Wobo can retry the applications waiting on them.

Complete the requested details

  1. Open Job History → Action needed. Review the gold card showing what Wobo needs and how many applications each detail affects.

  2. Select Complete & retry.

What you will see: A panel with the fields that need attention. Education and work-history requests open the profile editor so you can update those entries.

  1. Add missing information or change a value the employer did not accept, then save. Correcting a shared detail can make several applications ready at once. Wobo can resume ready applications automatically after your save.

  2. If applications still show as ready to retry, select Retry all. You can also retry an eligible application from its row or detail view.

What you will see: Ready applications return to processing. Applications that still need another detail remain in Action needed.

Understand the request

Missing means the detail is not in your profile yet. Add it to make the application eligible to retry.

Needs a quick fix means the employer did not accept a value already in your profile. Change the value; saving the same value does not resolve the request. For example, a phone number may need a country code, or a postal code may need correction.

Requests can include a phone number, LinkedIn URL, email address, website, portfolio, GitHub URL, full address, postal code, education history, or work history.

Retry cost and timing

Retrying does not cost application credits, on any plan. On Free, the credit for the original application request is not charged again for a retry.

Retries still need time to process. The interface advises that Wobo usually gets to them within a few hours; selecting Retry all does not mean they have already been submitted.

When a corrected application succeeds, a later visit to Job History can show a green confirmation such as 3 applications went through after your fixes. Recently recovered rows also carry a green note for about a week.

If another detail is needed

A retry can get past the original issue and encounter another missing detail. The job returns to Action needed with the new request. Correct that detail using the same steps; there is no additional application-credit charge for retrying again.

If a job no longer has a clear profile detail for you to fix, it may leave this tab. Check its current status in Job History. You can also cancel a job you no longer want while that action is available.

An empty tab shows Nothing needs your attention. This means no application currently has a profile-detail request in this tab; check Applied to confirm completed submissions.
