Work through these checks to find what is holding up your applications and what you can do next.
Check your account
Open Settings → General and check Actively applying. Turn it on if you want applications to resume.
What you will see: When the switch is off, the page says Applying is paused. Wobo can keep matching jobs while applications are paused.
Review Fine-tuning. Apply delay can hold automatic matches for up to 7 days; Weekly cap pauses applications once the cap is reached; Min. match score holds lower-scoring jobs for approval. These controls are available on Autopilot.
Open Profile and complete Job Preferences. Check your resume and background under About you. Free applications need an uploaded resume. Paid plans can also build a tailored resume from your work or education history. Persona is optional and does not need to be complete before applying.
Check your plan allowance. Free includes 5 application credits per day. Check the credit cost on the job card and your remaining balance. The Autopilot trial includes roughly 20 applications, after which applying pauses until the paid plan starts. To end the trial early, use Skip Trial & Start in Settings → Subscription; this starts the paid plan.
Open Job History → Action needed. If an application needs a profile detail, select Complete & retry, correct the information, and save it. Use Retry all if ready applications still need to be retried. This does not spend another application credit.
Check whether an application is waiting for your review
If Review before applying is on in Settings → General, new applications wait for your approval, including jobs selected by Autopilot. Open Job History → Review. The Review tab appears when there are review applications.
Preparing: Wobo is preparing the application. You can leave the page and return later.
Needs your input or Ready to review: open the application, complete or check its answers and documents, then select Approve application or Approve & next.
Queued or Sending: the application has been approved but is not yet confirmed as submitted.
Confirming submission: Wobo is checking whether the employer received it. Do not add the job again to force another submission.
Applied: submission is confirmed.
Save & exit and Skip for now do not approve an application. If the form has more pages, Save & continue preparing lets Wobo prepare the next page; you still need to approve the completed draft. If Wobo cannot prepare it, read the explanation and use Check application again or Open the posting when offered.
Check whether your filters leave enough jobs
In Settings → General, review Excluded job titles and Job freshness. A broad exclusion or short posting window can reduce the jobs in your Feed and available to Autopilot. Remove unwanted exclusions or widen the window if those jobs are acceptable. These changes save automatically; previously liked jobs still go through.
Check how you apply
On Free and Unlimited, you choose jobs in Feed. Autopilot subscribers who selected Swipe to apply also need to approve jobs there. Matching a job does not by itself approve a manual application.
Unlimited and Autopilot do not use Free application credits. If the app shows another limit or availability message, follow that message before trying again.
Allow for processing time
An accepted request is not a completed application. Wobo processes applications throughout the day; busy periods and the employer's application form can affect completion time. Check Job History for the current status and any action you can take.
If applications still are not going out after a day and none of the checks explain it, email [email protected] from your account email. Include an example job and the status you see so support can investigate.
