Create a cover letter, edit it in the builder, and download a one-page PDF.
Before you start, add your name in Profile → About you → Personal info. A resume upload is not required. Your profile email is used when available; otherwise Wobo uses your login email, and you can edit phone and location in the builder.
Create a letter
Open Cover Letter from the sidebar under Tools.
Select Create New Cover Letter.
Choose Generate from job or Start blank.
For Generate from job, enter the Company name and Job description. Add the Job title if you want, then select Generate cover letter.
What you will see: a generated draft opens in the builder. Start blank opens an empty letter with your contact header prefilled.
Review and edit
Edit the letter body and contact header while checking the live PDF preview on the right. You can hide the header if you prefer. The preview fits the letter onto one page.
Rename the letter inline to make it easier to find later. Your changes save automatically.
The Analysis tab shows a fit score, included job keywords and covered requirements.
Refine a letter with AI
Tailor with AI is available on paid plans.
Select Tailor with AI.
Choose a preset such as More specific, Stronger opening, Quantify impact, Match the job, Make it concise, or Polish grammar, or enter your own instruction.
Review the suggestion and select Accept, Try again, or Discard.
What you will see: accepting applies the suggested revision to your letter. Review the details for accuracy before downloading.
Copy or download
Select Copy text for plain text or Download PDF for the finished letter. From the cover-letter list, you can also edit, view, duplicate, download or delete a saved letter.
Know your plan’s limits
Editing and downloading are available on every plan. Blank letters and letters you write yourself do not count against AI generation limits.
On Free, you can generate 2 AI cover letters per rolling 7 days. Unlimited and Autopilot include unlimited AI cover-letter generation.
