Use AI suggestions to draft and improve resume content, then review each change before adding it.

Set your target role

  1. Open your resume and select Content.

  2. Open Personal Information → Tailoring.

  3. Fill in Target Role and Experience Level.

What you will see: AI actions that require a target role become available. If the role is missing, an Add target role → link takes you to the setting.

Get skill suggestions

  1. Add work experience and set your target role.

  3. Select skill chips to add them, or choose Generate more for another batch.

What you will see: selected skills appear in your resume. Each generated batch costs 1 credit.

Check your AI credits

The builder’s credit badge shows your remaining balance and turns red at zero. Previously fetched suggestions are remembered, so reopening a panel does not spend more credits. Generating new content does.

If you run out, the builder prompts you to upgrade to continue using AI features. Certifications, Awards and Publications do not have AI assistance; sections that do show an AI badge.
