Read your job match score

Understand Match Score, inspect Match details, and tell job fit apart from the separate Wobo Score.

Written by Martha Schwartz

Use the score and match details on a job card to understand how the role fits your profile and preferences.

Review a match

  1. Open a job card in Feed and check its Match Score. The percentage measures job fit using your profile and job preferences.

  2. Read the reasons shown for the match, such as a matching title, workplace, salary, industry, skills, or location.

  3. Expand Match details.

What you will see: A breakdown of Skills, Experience, and Industry, with an indication of how closely each fits. Missing information can appear as Not set.

  1. Update missing preferences in Profile → Job Preferences, or add skills under Profile → About you → Skills & Languages.

Higher scores indicate a closer fit. Review the job description and the reasons alongside the percentage when deciding whether to apply.

Set an Autopilot minimum

On Autopilot, open Settings → General → Fine-tuning and set Min. match score if you want automatic applications limited to matches at or above a chosen score. Lower-scoring jobs wait for your approval.

Understand Wobo Score

Some cards also show Wobo Score, a separate workplace-quality rating based on company ratings. Its labels include Excellent, Great, Good, and Fair Workplace.

Match Score describes how the job fits you. Wobo Score describes workplace quality. Resume Score, shown in the Resume Builder, measures your resume.
